Frequently Asked Questions

What does the HOA need to approve?
Any changes made to the outside of your home and property need approval by the HOA. Please fill out an architectural improvement form (a copy of this form is on this website) and email it along with your plot plan to the HOA. The approval process is free and we have a 60 day turn around time. Please plan ahead for projects to allow for enough turnaround time. We try our best to have approvals done sooner than this.

How do I get something approved by the HOA?
Please email us at HOAChestnutestates@gmail.com and include your architectural improvement form along with your plot plan. Landscape changes, pools, patios, decks and fences are a few of
